Job Title: Customer Service Rep – Terminal
Reports To: Sales/Customer Service Manager
Department: Terminal
Hours: Days with flexibility due to need for overtime
Compensation: Hourly Non-Exempt, Depends on experience
Responsibilities:
*Communicates with customers by phone or e-mail and receives orders and inputs into system
*Processes transfers and shipments of customer’s inventory
*Maintains accurate inventory records
*Tracks inbound and outbound shipments
*Responds to customer requests in a timely manner
*Process accurate paperwork
*Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced working environment
*Ability to be a part of a customer service team where each member supports each other and the common goal of maintaining excellent customer relations.
Qualifications:
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
*Time management
Education: 2-year Associate Degree or equivalent experience preferred
